jl51 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. All defined terms apply equally to their singular and plural forms.

• "jl51" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the jl51 online casino and sportsbook platform operated at jl51.cam and all associated services, features, and communications.
• "Player" / "Member" / "User" / "you" — any natural person who has registered an account on jl51 or who accesses any part of the jl51 platform.
• "Account" — the individual registered account held by a Player on the jl51 platform, identified by a unique username and password combination.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held within a Player's jl51 Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements.
• "Services" — all gaming, wagering, payment, and customer support services offered by jl51, including but not limited to live casino, slot games, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and table games.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by jl51 prior to authorising withdrawals or as otherwise required for compliance purposes.
• "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body with regulatory authority over gambling and gaming activities in the Philippines.

Access to and use of the jl51 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of Account membership.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register a jl51 Account or access any gaming or wagering service on the platform. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Registration by a person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. jl51 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately close any Account where the Account holder is found to be under the minimum age. Any Balance held in a closed under-age Account will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jl51 platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using jl51 is lawful in their jurisdiction. jl51 does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on jl51. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

By maintaining an Account on jl51, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to the security, use, and integrity of your Account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl51 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all deposits and withdrawals initiated — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. jl51 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Account holder failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• You must notify jl51 immediately if you become aware of, or have reason to suspect, any unauthorized access to your Account. Notification must be made through the official jl51 live chat support channel or by email to [email protected].
• You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise make available your Account — or any Balance, Bonus Funds, or benefits within it — to any other individual.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including your registered Philippine mobile number and email address, remain current and accurate at all times. jl51 is not liable for any failure to deliver communications to outdated contact information.

jl51 accepts deposits through the following payment methods currently available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin. jl51 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jl51 Account within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally credited within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes during normal banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, which may vary depending on network conditions.

4.2 Currency

All jl51 Balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt. jl51 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations occurring between the time a cryptocurrency deposit is initiated and the time it is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.

4.3 Funding Source

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jl51 Account are sourced from legitimate activities and that you are the legal owner of all payment instruments used to make deposits. jl51 does not accept deposits made using payment methods owned by third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

jl51 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for verified Account holders. The following terms govern the withdrawal process.

5.1 KYC Verification Prerequisite

No withdrawal will be processed from any Account that has not completed KYC verification. KYC requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys ID, Passport, or Driver's License) and any additional documentation requested by jl51's compliance team. First-time KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require repeat KYC submission unless there is a material change in Account details or a compliance trigger is identified.

5.2 Processing Times

For verified Accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five to thirty (5–30) minutes of approval, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three (1–3) business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within thirty to sixty (30–60) minutes of approval, subject to network confirmation times.

5.3 Withdrawal to Deposit Method

As a general rule, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jl51 reserves the right to apply this policy at its discretion and may require additional verification in cases where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.

5.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

jl51 reserves the right to temporarily withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or documentation is under review; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of this Agreement; (c) a withdrawal request is subject to regulatory reporting obligations; or (d) the Account has an active dispute or investigation. jl51 will notify the Player of any withholding and its reason to the extent permitted by law.

jl51 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all jl51 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagering requirements for each promotion are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only the real-money value resulting from meeting wagering requirements is withdrawable, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• jl51 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including cancellation of a bonus already credited to an Account where jl51 determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.
• Players who self-exclude, apply deposit limits, or opt out of marketing communications may be ineligible for certain promotional offers. Responsible gaming measures always take precedence over promotional participation.
• Multiple accounts, shared devices or payment methods, or any other indicator of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and any associated winnings and may result in Account closure.

All wagers placed on the jl51 platform are subject to the applicable game rules published within each game or betting market on the platform. The following general betting principles apply across all jl51 Services.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only confirmed and valid once the platform has issued a confirmed bet reference number or equivalent confirmation. jl51 is not responsible for any technical error that prevents bet confirmation, including but not limited to connection interruptions, session timeouts, or device failures occurring during bet placement.

7.2 Erroneous Odds and Results

jl51 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or game parameters that were published in error due to a system malfunction, data feed error, or human input error. Where bets are voided under this clause, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account. jl51 has no obligation to honour winnings arising from demonstrably erroneous odds or game outcomes.

7.3 Sports Betting Settlement

All sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body of the sport or league in question. For markets involving Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, UFC, Premier League, and all other listed sports, settlement follows the official final result at the time stipulated in the market terms. jl51's settlement decision is final in all cases where a dispute arises.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl51 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this Article constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Article 2.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Account process.
• Creating, accessing, or operating more than one Account on jl51.
• Participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to exploit jl51's odds, game mechanics, or promotional systems in a fraudulent manner.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithmic tool to interact with the jl51 platform, including but not limited to placing bets, navigating the lobby, or exploiting any game feature.
• Using jl51 for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that contravenes Philippine law or any other applicable law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the jl51 platform, servers, databases, or the accounts of other players.

jl51 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and the wellbeing of all Filipino players. Use of the jl51 platform must be understood as a form of entertainment, and never as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. jl51 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from within every registered Account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further wagers will not be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may limit the duration of each playing session. An alert will be issued when the session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of between one and ninety (1–90) days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for gaming or wagering, but withdrawal of existing Balance remains possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the jl51 platform. Self-exclusion is processed within twenty-four (24) hours of request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

jl51 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl51 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to age eligibility, prohibited conduct, or account integrity requirements.
• The Account is involved in or associated with fraudulent, criminal, or regulatory non-compliant activity.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent identification or registration information.
• The Account has been registered in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• A responsible gaming intervention is appropriate to protect the Player's wellbeing.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances held in Accounts closed due to fraud, breach of Agreement, or other misconduct may be forfeited in full.

All content on the jl51 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, game artwork, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, video, and user interface design elements — is the property of jl51 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your jl51 Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform's Services for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the jl51 platform without the prior written consent of jl51.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl51's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the jl51 platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by the Player to jl51 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

jl51 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or corruption of data; (c) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Services; or (d) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services caused by circumstances beyond jl51's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government-ordered service suspensions.

jl51 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account on jl51, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl51 processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Player data is used for account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any dispute as to its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, jl51 reserves the right to seek interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its rights.

jl51 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the contact details associated with their Account, with a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an amendment is required immediately by applicable law or regulatory authority directive.

Your continued use of the jl51 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
