This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected, processed, stored, or disclosed by jl51 in connection with the operation of the jl51 online casino and sportsbook platform accessible at jl51.cam, including all associated sub-pages, features, applications, and communications.

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine identification document
• Date of birth and age confirmation (used to verify the 21+ minimum age requirement)
• Philippine mobile number used as primary account identifier and for OTP delivery
• Email address, where provided as an alternative registration identifier
• Residential address in the Philippines

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Scanned copy or photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License)
• Selfie photograph taken with the identification document, used for facial match verification
• Proof of address documentation, where required by jl51's compliance review process
• Source of funds declaration, where required for AML compliance

3.3 Transaction & Financial Data

• Deposit transaction records including payment method, amount, and timestamp
• GCash mobile number and PayMaya account details associated with deposits and withdrawals
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) used for bank transfer transactions
• Withdrawal transaction records and processing history
• Cryptocurrency wallet addresses used for USDT or Bitcoin transactions

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Complete wagering history across all game categories — live casino, slots, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and table games
• Session timestamps, duration, and frequency data
• Bonus and promotional participation records

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil jl51's obligations under the Member Agreement, including account management, payment processing, and service delivery.
• Legal obligation: Processing required for compliance with Philippine law, including AML obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), PAGCOR-aligned regulatory requirements, and NPC directives.
• Legitimate interests: Processing conducted for fraud prevention, platform security monitoring, responsible gaming oversight, and internal analytics, where such processing does not override the fundamental rights of data subjects.
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications, where you have provided explicit opt-in consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting jl51 support or through your Account settings.

jl51 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients strictly for the purposes described in this Policy:

7.1 Service Providers (Personal Information Processors)

jl51 engages third-party service providers who process personal data on jl51's behalf as personal information processors under the DPA. These include identity verification and KYC providers, payment processing partners (including GCash, PayMaya, and banking partners), cloud hosting and data storage providers, and fraud detection technology vendors. All processors are bound by written data processing agreements that impose DPA-consistent data protection obligations.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

jl51 may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the National Bureau of Investigation, and other relevant Philippine government authorities where such disclosure is required by law, court order, or a legitimate regulatory investigation.

7.3 Fraud Prevention and Industry Bodies

jl51 may share personal data with industry fraud prevention organisations and responsible gaming bodies where legally permitted and operationally necessary to prevent criminal activity, protect the platform's integrity, or implement cross-platform self-exclusion programmes.

While jl51 maintains robust security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security against all threats. jl51 recommends that Members contribute to their own account security by using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication through the Account settings dashboard.

jl51 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention guidelines apply:

• Active Account Data: Retained throughout the duration of your active jl51 Account membership.
• Post-Closure Account & KYC Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, consistent with AML reporting obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 and PAGCOR-aligned requirements.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction for financial audit and AML compliance purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, or longer where relevant to an open dispute or regulatory investigation.
• Technical and Session Logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and fraud investigation purposes, after which they are purged or anonymised.

The jl51 platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above, consistent with PAGCOR-aligned online gaming regulations in the Philippines. jl51 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

Where jl51 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under the minimum age requirement, that data will be deleted and the associated account permanently closed without notice. Some of jl51's service providers and processing infrastructure may be located outside of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jl51 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular 16-01 on cross-border data transfer.

Safeguards for cross-border transfers include contractual data protection clauses binding recipient organisations to DPA-equivalent data protection standards, and selection of processing infrastructure providers that maintain internationally recognised security certifications. jl51 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that lack adequate data protection frameworks without implementing additional contractual or technical safeguards.

jl51 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or jl51's data processing practices. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, with a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) days before the amended Policy takes effect.

The current version of this Privacy Policy, with its effective date, is always available at jl51.cam/privacy-policy. Your continued use of the jl51 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
